Take a deck of cards. Each suit represents a movement.
The number on the card is how many reps you do. Face cards are 10. Aces are 11. Take turns drawing cards. Or make it more competitive and each person starts with 7 cards in their hand and gets to play one card per round that everyone else has to do.
Set a time limit of 15 minutes or for a challenge, keep going until you’ve made it through a whole deck of cards.
