Is The CrossFit Games What We Do At CrossFit Spring Hill?

Perhaps you’ve seen the CrossFit Games more on social media recently (since it starts this week) and wondered, “Am I going to have to do that if I do CrossFit?” The simple answer is no… but also yes, just on a much more scaled down level that is appropriate for where you are. But that’s also what makes it so effective and fun: you are capable of much more that you realize!

Here’s a short video that does a great job explaining the difference between “The CrossFit Games” and every day CrossFit.

Is this for me?

One of our frustrations is that some gyms make CrossFit seem intimidating and only for “fitness junkies,” but CrossFit Spring Hill is different. The folks we help get fit, strong and healthy are normal, busy adults like you with jobs, families, and other responsibilities and hobbies.

We actually believe working out shouldn’t be what your life is all about. But it does make the other important things in your life easier and more enjoyable.

Here’s a recent testimony from one of our members, Brian: “I really enjoyed the classes. I was very happy that the gym was not full of a bunch of giant/hardcore CrossFit junkies. …[I]t was family friendly and a very positive atmosphere.”

So who does go to CFSH?

We have members who range from brand-new-to-fitness 55+ year-olds to former competitive CrossFitters, twenty-somethings looking to start a healthy lifestyle, people wanting to lose bodyweight and gain muscle, to moms and dads wanting to be healthy for their kids.

At the end of the day, all of us at CrossFit Spring Hill simply enjoy getting in the best shape of our lives in a welcoming, no-drama, down-to-earth, well-coached, professional environment.

If that sounds like the kind of culture you’d like to be a part of as you get in the best shape of your life, we’d love to help! Get started by booking a Free Intro to talk about your goals with me. I’d love to meet you!
