  1. Biltong – Biltong is a South African dried beef (like jerky but better, less tough) that does not use nitrates or sugars in the curing process. And it is AMAZING! My favorite is the Hot & Spicy from Carnivore Meat Co)

  2. Vermont Uncured Pepperoni Turkey Sticks (Amazon)

  3. Two Good Yogurt (Kroger/Target) 

  4. Good Culture Cottage Cheese (Kroger/Target)

  5. Fairlife Core Power High Protein Milk Shake (Amazon — I’ve also seen this at Wal-Mart). Convenience bonus: although it is better cold, it does not have to be refrigerated.
