We emphasize in-person (or Zoom) meetings with a coach before you sign up for a membership because we care about helping you more than we care about getting your money as quickly as possible.
CrossFit Spring Hill offers personalized coaching, whether in personal training (= the most personalized) or in a group (= still personalized), and in order to do that, we need to have a real relationship with every single member.
A “free intro” is a simple conversation where we have one goal: How can we help?
We will ask you about your story. What is going well in your fitness journey? What are your frustrations? We will take notes. Then we will come up with a few options and a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.
