
Starting something new can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. Our Foundations program is designed to give you a clear, confident introduction to CrossFit. At CrossFit Spring Hill, we don’t throw you into group classes and expect you to figure things out on your own. Instead, you’ll begin with one-on-one coaching so you feel safe, supported, and prepared from day one.
Foundations is built to give you everything you need to succeed, both inside and outside the gym. You’ll learn the fundamentals of movement, including key CrossFit exercises and proper technique. We also cover strength and conditioning basics to help you build a strong, resilient body. In addition, you’ll receive guidance on nutrition and mindset—helping you fuel your body, stay consistent, and track your progress over time. Just as importantly, we help you understand how to fit in, connect with coaches, and become part of the community.
During the program, you’ll meet one-on-one with a coach for three personalized sessions. Each session is tailored to your goals and includes a warm-up, movement instruction, and coaching on technique. You’ll also have time to ask questions and discuss what success looks like for you. This personalized approach ensures you feel confident and fully prepared before transitioning into group classes.
The Foundations program at our gym in Spring Hill includes three private coaching sessions, each lasting approximately 45 minutes. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience, making it easy to fit into your routine. No prior fitness experience is required—this program is designed for beginners and anyone looking for a fresh start.
