Personal Training in Spring Hill, TN

Most people do their best work in our group classes. One-on-one is here for when it is the better fit.

Start here

You don't have to figure out where you fit. That's our job.

Most people belong in a group class, even plenty who are sure they don't. We coach busy adults across Spring Hill and Thompson's Station, and the free intro is where we listen and point you the right way. One-on-one, group, or a mix. No pressure.

Questions

Good things to know.

Do I need a membership to do personal training?

No. Members and non-members are both welcome, and members pay a reduced rate.

How long is a session?

30, 45, or 60 minutes. Most people do not need a full hour.

Can I train with a friend or my spouse?

Yes. Semi-private runs for two to four people.

I have never worked out before. Is this a bad idea?

Not at all. That is exactly who this is built for. You learn one-on-one, at your own pace, until a class feels like the obvious next step.

Should I do one-on-one or start in a class?

You don't have to know. That is what the free intro is for. We will listen and tell you honestly, even if the answer is a group class.
